Reset a completed course

You can reset already completed courses through the Admin tool.

Reset a course through the Admin tool

To reset a completed course for an employee, follow the steps below:

πŸ“ŒNote: You need to be an administrator to do this. If you don't have the relevant permission, address this to your Head Office.

  1. Log in to the Admin tool.

  2. Click Employees.

  3. Search for and select the employee to reset courses for.

  4. Click Products, then click Courses.

  5. Find the course, then click Options in the course row.

  6. You can now:

    • Reset Course: Resets the whole course.

    • Reset Test: Resets the final test.


Bulk reset courses

Admins have the flexibility to reset courses within specific time frames using a date picker in the bulk action widget. This applies to both standard and custom courses, allowing for more precise management of course completion dates.

To bulk reset a course follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Admin tool then click Bulk Actions.

  2. Click New Action, then select whether to apply it to:

  3. Search then select the users or user groups that you need to reset.

  4. Click Next Step then select Product.

  5. Click Next Step then select the courses you wish to reset.

  6. Select Reset then click Summary.

  7. Enable the toggle to reset completed courses within a specific time frame.

    • This means the reset will only apply to courses completed within the dates you've selected.

    • Courses outside this range will not be affected.

  8. Select the specific time frames using a date picker in the bulk action widget.

  9. Click Summary then click Run bulk action.

  10. Click OK.
