This option allows managers to manually mark a course as complete on behalf of a user. Itβs useful when a user has completed the training outside the system or if the course needs to be marked complete for record-keeping purposes. Use this feature only when you're certain the user has fully completed the course.
β οΈ Important: Only admins or administrators can mark courses as complete, If you don't have the relevant permission configured address this to your Head Office.
To mark a course as complete, follow the steps below:
Log in to the Admin tool.
Click Employees.
Search for and select the employee.
Click Products, then click Courses.
Find the course, then click
Options in the course row.
Click Mark as complete.
π€ Tip: After manually marking a course as complete, you can also enable the certificate.
