Unable to unlock end assessment

You can troubleshoot issues with unlocking the final module of your course by reviewing incomplete sections and completing all required course activities.

If you're unable to unlock the final module of your course, follow the steps below.

🤓 Tip: If there's a padlock icon next to the final assessment, this means there are incomplete sections on your course.

  1. Click the relevant course, then click Launch course.

  2. Click the Dashboard icon, then check which sections are complete.

    • All sections must be 100% complete for the end assessment to unlock.

  3. Click View on the incomplete section.

  4. Click the three lines with ticks icon on top right corner.

    • Incomplete chapters won't have a tick on their left side.

    • Select the incomplete chapter.

For any incomplete sections, you need to click all images, numbers, letters, and any other interactive elements in the course.
