If you're unable to move forward in your course, there are various reasons for this, depending on whether you're unable to move past a course page or unlock the end assessment.
To resolve this, follow the steps in the relevant section below.
Standard courses
If you're unable to move past a course page, ensure that:
You've clicked all necessary images, numbers, letters, or other interactive elements in the course.
If the arrows at the bottom are greyed out, ensure you've clicked the arrows on the right-hand side to reveal more information.
If you're using the mobile app, the arrows are at the top of the page.
You've followed all instructions within the course, such as dragging and dropping items.
If none of the above works, try refreshing the page or closing and re-opening the course.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Ensure your device meets the minimum technical requirements.
Scorm course unlock end assessment
π€Tip: Scorm courses typically launch in a new browser window.
If you're unable to unlock the end assessment, ensure you've completed all sections of the course. To check this, click the Dashboard icon on the left-hand side.
All sections must be 100% complete for the end assessment to unlock.
Click the three-line icon in the top right corner if you're using a computer, if you're on a phone, the icon will appear on top page.
Incomplete chapters won't have a tick on their left side.
Select the incomplete chapter.
