Check for incomplete sections in your course
If you're unable to unlock the final module of your course, follow the steps below to check which sections are incomplete:
⚠️Important: If there's a padlock icon next to the final assessment, this means there are incomplete sections on your course.
Log in to the console then click the course widget.
Click the relevant course then click Launch course.
Click Dashboard
icon to see the progress on each section.Each one will either display complete or show a percentage. If it shows a rate of 80% as an example, this means the section is incomplete.
Click View then click the tick list
icon on top left corner.Incomplete chapters won't have a tick on their left side.
Select the incomplete chapter.
Unlock end assessment
When you reach the end of the course, here’s what to expect:
If you reach the end of the course but haven’t completed all required elements, you’ll see this message: It looks like you haven’t completed all sections of the course yet.
Click Close to return to the menu and check which parts still need to be completed.
Once you've completed all elements, you'll see this message: The end of learning section is now complete.
Click Continue: This will take you directly to the end assessment.
