View course completion stats

You can check the stats for your completed courses and see why a course hasn't updated to the Complete status.

Written by Andreea Nicoara

If a course isn't updating as complete in your stats, you can check for unanswered questions, incomplete sections, and progress tracking to ensure your course completion is properly recorded.

⚠️Important: If your completion isn’t showing in your stats, allow four hours for the system to update, or try refreshing the page. The status should update once reloaded.

Check for incomplete sections

If your course opens in a new window, this is a SCORM course. To check if there are incomplete sections within your SCORM course, follow the steps below:

⚠️ Warning: If you close the window partway through a course, you’ll lose your progress.

  1. Click the Learning tile, then select the relevant course.

  2. Click Launch course, then click the Dashboard icon in the top-left corner.

    • From here, you can see the completion percentage:

    • To view any incomplete chapters, click View, then click the tick list icon in the top-right corner.

    • Selecting the incomplete chapters will take you directly to the sections that need to be completed.

Check for missed questions

You can complete the course material, but if you've skipped a question at the end, the course will not be marked as complete.

📌Note: These steps apply to courses that open directly on the same page and don't launch in a new window or tab.

To check that you've answered all of the questions, follow the steps below:

🤓 Tip: If you see a green tick next to your course title, this means the course is complete.

  1. Log into your console, then select your course.

  2. Click Resume, then click the circle icon at the bottom-left.

  3. Click the End of Learning module, then click Results Overview.

  4. Click View individual questions.

View results overview

If your course status shows as complete but you don't see a green tick next to the course title, this usually means a question was missed at the end of the learning.

After opening the results overview:

  • Review the list of individual questions.

  • Each question should display either:

    • Green tick: Answer is correct.

    • Red cross: Answer is incorrect.

      • If any question does not show a green mark or a cross, this means it was not answered, and the course is not complete.

Review missed questions

To review any missed questions, follow the steps:

  1. Click the circle icon at the bottom-left.

  2. Select End of learning, then select Questions.

  3. Use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to move through each question and check whether any are unanswered.
