Log in as a first-time user
If you're a new user and have not previously accessed CPL Learning, please contact your manager to request your initial generic login details. Additionally, you'll receive an email with your first-time login information.

â ď¸Important: Once your email address is verified, it automatically becomes your new username. This ensures a secure way to recover your account later.
To access your account follow the steps below:
Log in to the console.
Enter the first-time username and password.
Click Get Started.
Enter your email address then, confirm your email.
Click Submit, then verify your email address.
These steps ensure a secure way to recover your account without compromising your personal information.
Enter your six-digit verification code, then click Verify.
Once your email is verified, it will be set as your default username.
Set up a secure password and confirm it.
The password must be at least 10 characters long.
Contain one uppercase letter.
Contain one lowercase letter.
Contain one digit (0-9)
Contain one of these symbols !@#$%^&*
đNote: You can update your email address at a later date. You'll be prompted to verify the new email address with a verification code.
Login failed as a first-time user
In this section, youâll find guidance on what to do if you canât log in with your first-time credentials. New users should receive a welcome email with information on where to access the platform and how to sign in.
If this email wasnât received or the details no longer work, here's what you can do:
Contact your manager and ask them to generate a recovery code for you.
Check your email, including your spam and junk folders, for the recovery code.
Use the recovery code to reset your password.
After resetting, your username becomes your email address.
Log in again using your email and your newly created password.
I haven't received my first-time login details
In this section, youâll find guidance on what to do if you havenât received your welcome email. In most cases, the email has been delivered but is sitting in your spam or junk folder. If itâs not there, your manager can resend it for you.

Guidance for managers to resend a lapsed welcome email
There are two ways to resend a lapsed welcome email and the method available to you depends on your permissions.
To check your permissions, click your initials in the top right corner of your CPL Learning account. This will show you which method you can use.
