You can clear your browser cache to avoid being redirected to an old account.

If you're redirected to your old account when you try to log in, follow the steps below:

This situation often arises when managing multiple CPL Learning accounts, where users may face challenges like being redirected to an unintended account.

  1. Clear browser cache or sign in from a private page.

  2. Enter your new username and password.

    • Once you've signed in on the login page with your first-time login details, you need to register your phone number and email address.

Note: If you still can't log in, please reach out to your manager and they can generate a recovery code. You can then enter the recovery code and sign in.
