If you're redirected to your old account when you try to log in, follow the steps below:
Clear browser cache or sign in from a private page.
Enter your new username and password.
Once you've signed in on the login page with your first-time login details, you need to register your phone number and email address.
Note: If you still can't log in, please reach out to your manager and they can generate a recovery code. You can then enter the recovery code and sign in.
