⚠️Important: If there's no email address, this means the employee didn't verify their account. In this instance, we recommend to generate a recovery code for the employee then, once they've reset their password, they should link their email address or phone number.
Request the verification email
To verify your email address, follow the steps below.
Log in to console, then click your initials in the top-right.
Click Account then enter your email address.
Click Submit, then on the email you receive, click Verify my email.
Haven't received the email?
If you haven't received the verification email, we recommend you check your junk or spam folders.
If it's not there, you should contact your manager to ensure the email address for your CPL Learning profile is correct.
Managers
If you're a manager, to check the email address associated with an employee's account, follow the steps below.
Log in to console, then click your initials in the top-right.
Click Account, then click the People tab.
Click the employee's name.
