To resend a lapsed welcome email follow the steps below:
Note: Only managers have permission to access manage team members functionality, if you don't have the relevant permission configured address this to your Head Office.
Login in to console.
Click your initials on the top right corner.
Click Manage team members and search for the user.
You can filter by Invite expired.
Below the general information section, click Resend invite.
If the account is already active the Resend Invite option won't be visible.
🤓 Tip: If the first-time user can't access their account, generate a recovery code and advise them to use the new password with their first-time username.
