To access the courses again, you'll need to extend the order you purchased one year ago.
To do this, use the Access Digital Assistant, and provide the following information to one of our support agents:
Publican/Operator/Manager name.
Company name.
Site name.
Postcode.
You may also encounter error messages such as No available orders to allocate from or Unable to allocate courses due to expired order, which indicate that your course order has expired and needs to be renewed.
