Use the Access Digital Assistant
To use the Access Digital Assistant, follow the steps below.
In CPL Learning, click the Access Digital Assistant
icon.
Select the category you'd like help with, then select the specific query.
If your query isn't listed, click Something else, then click Ask a question.
The Access Digital Assistant searches the full knowledge base to generate a suitable answer.
Review the answer and suggested guides.
Confirm whether the answer has resolved your query
If your query is answered, click the thumbs-up
icon.
If this hasn’t resolved your query, click Get more help and you can speak to a CPL Learning team member through the Access Digital Assistant.
