Grant impersonation rights
To grant impersonation rights, follow the steps below:
⚠️Important: You can revoke impersonation at any time. Impersonated users can't change your account settings.
Click your name in the top right.
Click My Account, then click Impersonations.
Click toggle
to enable Impersonation.Enter the email address of the user who requires access into the Email Address field.
From the Expires after drop-down menu, select how long the user should have access.
Click Add.
🤓Tip: When you grant Impersonation rights, the user with the access appears in a list on the Impersonations screen.
Revoke impersonation rights
To revoke impersonation rights:
🤓Tip: If you need to see how much longer the user has access to your account, you can also view this in the People who can impersonate you list, this information appears under the user's email address.
Click your name in the top right.
Click My Account, then click Impersonations.
Click the X next to the user's name to revoke access.
Click Delete to revoke access.
