Reset your password using Access Identity

Evo users can reset their password themselves at any time through the Forgotten my password self-service flow in Access Identity.

Reset your password as an Evo user

To reset your password, follow the steps below:

⚠️Important: For users on Evo, the password reset and recovery code options are no longer available in the Admin tool for managers. Evo users can reset their password using the Forgotten my password self-service flow in Access Identity.

  1. Go to your learning login page.

  2. Click Sign in with Access, enter your email address, then click Next.

  3. Click Forgot your password?

  4. Click Send me the code.

    • We'll send you an email containing a verification code.

    • Check your junk or spam folder.

  5. Enter the verification code, then click Verify my email.

    • Enter your new password.

  6. Click Set my password.

    • Once signed in to your learning platform, the Access option is displayed in the top-left corner of your account.
