Access Copilot
To access Copilot, follow the steps below:
Log in to your learning account.
Click the
Access button on the top left.Select Copilot from the sidebar.
Creating and writing with Copilot
Copilot can generate text content such as announcements, updates, or messages within your organisation.
Example: Create a draft announcement for my new Learning Journey launching on the first of October for general managers.
Copilot instantly generates a professional announcement, saving time while maintaining your organisation’s tone and style.
Data and Platform Insights
Where Copilot truly adds value is in its ability to use live data from your CPL Learning platform.
Because Copilot is connected to your system, it only displays information that your permissions allow, ensuring complete data privacy.
Examples of queries include:
What is my staff turnover at Head Office?
Copilot uses starter and leaver data to calculate turnover and explains how it reached that figure.
Which of our sites is missing a general manager?
Copilot identifies the site with the vacancy and may also highlight related gaps, such as missing deputy managers.
Track compliance and learning progress
You can also use Copilot to check learning and compliance progress in real time.
Example: Where am I up to with my compliance training?
Copilot responds with your current progress, listing completed, overdue, and upcoming courses, along with due dates.
This insight is powered by the compliance group feature, ensuring accurate reporting aligned with your training allocations.
Understand allocations and groups
Allocation rules can sometimes be complex, especially when managing multiple learning pathways. Copilot helps you clarify who has access to what.
Example: Who is allocated the Coffee Skills course?
Copilot replies that the course is allocated to the site teams group.
Example: Who makes up that group?
Copilot remembers the context and lists the job titles or users included in the site teams group.
This conversational memory allows Copilot to provide connected, context-aware answers throughout your session.
Products and feedback Insights
Copilot can also analyse qualitative data such as survey responses, appraisals, and event feedback to provide actionable insights.
Example: Summarise the feedback shared by Andrew Smith in his 2025 weekly reviews in three sentences.
Copilot reviews the relevant data and delivers a concise summary that highlights key insights, helping managers and leaders quickly understand trends without manually reviewing each submission.
Enhanced data connectivity
Copilot is enriched with data from across your learning ecosystem, including surveys, appraisals, checklists, and events, allowing you to access and interpret a wide range of insights from one central assistant.
Create discover posts
Discover is your team’s central feed for sharing content that inspires learning, connection, and engagement.
It’s where you can post videos, podcasts, news articles, and company updates, keeping your teams informed and motivated.
With CPL Learning EVO’s Copilot, you can create and share discover posts directly from anywhere, including through the EVO mobile app.
If you come across a useful video, podcast, or article that your team would benefit from, simply share the link with Copilot, and it will:
Read over the link you’ve provided.
Draft a title and description for your Discover post.
Suggest which feeds it should be posted to.
Once you’re happy with the suggested content, let Copilot know and it will automatically publish the post to your team’s discover feed, complete with a suitable AI-generated image to accompany it.
