We're pleased to announce the latest release of CPL Learning which contains the new features below.
Appraisals refresh
Various UI changes to make navigating easier: You benefit from various UI improvements, including top-of-screen navigation.
A new way to allocate appraisals using visibility options, that allows team members and managers to be in control of their appraisals: You can now customize visibility options, have a quicker way to access appraisal assignments, benefit from the self-allocation configuration and you can change assigned managers to adapt to organizational changes.
Notification preferences
Enhanced Admin Notification Management: Admins customize communication channels, allow users to opt-in or opt-out, and enforce critical notifications, ensuring you receive key updates. You can receive notifications via platform feed, email, or phone and admins can enforce any of them for users to ensure information is getting to end user.
Other changes
Post News Default setting: We modified default setting for posting news articles to Now, however we haven't changed the option to schedule post.
Copy NRC Column feature: We've added the ability to copy columns within your reporting configuration. Great for when you need to create lots of similar columns, to avoid starting from scratch each time.
Default User Group Exclude Logic update: We configured most user groups to treat excludes as OR, so we've made this the default for new user groups.
