Here are a few important points to know about the Early Access setup and what to expect during the migration process.
This is not the final process: This is currently available only for customers in the Early Access Programme.
You can still log in using your usual CPL Learning credentials: Youāll be able to access your learning account, but the Access Evo experience wonāt be available.
Users with no existing Access login
ā ļøImportant: After completing the migration process, simply click Sign in with Access from the CPL Learning login page to access your account with the Evo experience enabled.
Start by creating your Access Evo account, then follow the steps below to link it with your CPL Learning account:
Go to CPL Learning,Ā then clickĀ Sign in with Access.
On the Access login page, click Create a new account.
Enter your email address, then enter the verification code.
We'll send you an email containing a verification code.
Click Verify my email address, then create a password for your account.
Click Set my password.
Once completed, you'll be redirected back to the CPL Learning login page.
Log in with your CPL Learning credentials, then click Start migration.
When redirected, click Iāve previously signed into Access Evo.
Enter your Access login details, then click Sign in.
Click Confirm and sign into CPL Learning to link your accounts.
Once linked, click Go to CPL Learning, then click Sign in with Access.
Once signed into your learning platform, the Access option
is displayed in the top-left corner.
Users with an existing Access login
To link your CPL Learning account to Access Evo, follow the steps below:
Go to CPL Learning, then click Sign in with Access.
Enter credentials of your existing Access account, then click Sign in.
You'll be redirected to the CPL Learning login page, then sign in with your usual CPL Learning credentials.
Click Start migration, then click Iāve previously signed into Access Evo.
Enter your existing Access credentials, then click Sign in.
Click Confirm and sign into CPL Learning to link accounts.
Click Go to CPL Learning, then click Sign in with Access.
Once signed into your learning platform, the Access option
is displayed in the top-left corner.
