  5. Click Done once the file has been successfully uploaded.

Delete a Scorm course

⚠️Important: If the course status shows Processing SCORM Package, it cannot be deactivated until the upload process completes.

To deactivate a Scorm course follow the steps below:

  1. Login to course manager.

    • Sign in using your CPL Learning account credentials.

  2. Click Scorm/xAPI on top page then select the course you wish to deactivate.

  3. Untick the active box, then click Confirm.

    • To reactivate the course, you’ll need to upload a new Scorm package.

  4. Click Continue.

Remove a course stuck on Processing SCORM Package

If a course remains stuck in Processing SCORM Package, it cannot be removed from Course Creator directly. Here's what you can do:

  • Use the Access Digital Assistant and request to speak to an agent.

  • Provide the name of scorm course you wish to remove.

  • If the course has already been assigned to users, request that it be removed from the course allocation and order.
