Change appraisal status

As a manager, you have the ability to change the status of appraisals assigned to your team.

In this section, you’ll find guidance on how to change the status of an appraisal in CPL Learning. It covers everything from accessing the relevant appraisal to updating its current status.

To change the status of an appraisal, follow the steps below:

Note: If you're a manager and don't have access to the appraisal editor, address this to your Head office or use the Access Digital Assistant for further support.

  1. Log in to campus.

  2. Click the Appraisals widget.

    • This may be named something different by your organisation.

  3. Click Manage appraisals on the left sidebar.

  4. Locate the appraisal you want to change, then click the three dots at the end of the row.

  5. Click Assignments, then find the relevant employee.

  6. Click the three dots at the end of the row, then click Status and choose from the following options:

    • Awaiting employee: The team member has not yet started or completed their section of the appraisal.

    • Awaiting manager: The team member has submitted their part, and it's now the manager’s responsibility to complete their section.

    • No longer required: The appraisal has been cancelled or is no longer needed for this user.
