In this section, you’ll find guidance on viewing your employees’ completed or expired appraisals. It covers everything from accessing the appraisal tool to filtering for historic records, ensuring you can review all relevant appraisal information.
To filter your appraisals, follow the steps below:
Login into your learning account.
Click the Appraisals widget.
This may be named something different by your organisation.
Click Manage appraisals on the left sidebar, then navigate to the filter section.
Here you'll have three options:
All.
Open.
Planned.
Closed.
To view completed or expired appraisals, select Closed.
Click on the specific appraisal you need information on.
Click Download Report at the top of the page.
This report will provide full details, including employee responses.
