To view a report on your team's progress or completed learning, follow the below steps:
Note: If you don't have access to Insights reports, reach out to your administrator to request this.
Log into the Insights tool.
You can also access your reports by clicking the Report widget on the console.
From the menu, click Compliance.
Click Next Gen Site Compliance Report.
Select the report that you need and the site.
In the Details box, click the Download icon and select your file type.
In the downloaded Excel, filter for completed courses.
🤓 Tip: If you don’t have a report set up, you can view your team's progress on courses in your stats section.
