We're pleased to announce the May release of CPL Learning which includes the updates below.

Admins now have the flexibility to reset courses within specific time frames using a date picker in the bulk action widget. This update applies to both standard and custom courses, allowing for more precise management of course completion dates. When selecting the Reset action, you can adjust the start and end dates according to the chosen timeframe, streamlining the process of updating course completion periods.

Admins can now efficiently manage checklist items by performing bulk actions across multiple folders. This enhancement allows you to select and apply actions to multiple checklist items simultaneously, even from different folders, streamlining the process of handling and updating items of interest.

Admins can now view the last updated date and time, along with the updater's details, for each library resource. This feature, accessible via the Manage Library section, ensures that you can easily verify whether the latest versions of resources are uploaded, improving the management and currency of library contents.

Admins can now configure the initial view for learners upon logging into the platform, ensuring critical information is promptly delivered. This setup, available in the Manage Platform section, allows you to select specific library items for targeted user groups, displayed only once per user. Additionally, users now see a modal upon logging in, featuring a title, description, and call-to-action button that directs them to important library items.

Learners can now easily identify the resource type of each item on the Discover channel. When you hover over an item image on desktop, an icon displays the resource type. On mobile devices, the resource type displays by default for each content item. This enhancement helps your users make informed decisions about which items to interact with.
