Manage attendees booked onto an event
To manage attendees booked onto an event in the events editor please follow to steps below:
Login to campus.
Click the Events widget.
Click the
Settings Cog to access the events editor.
Click the plus icon next to the event.
Click The Event you wish to manage the attendees for.
On this window, you can update the outcome of each attendee individually or select multiple attendees and update the outcome.
Once you've confirmed your outcome all attendees you selected will be updated.
Remove an employee from a booked event
To remove an employee from a booked event follow the steps:
Login to campus.
Click the Events widget.
Click the
Settings Cog to access the events editor.
Click the event you wish to manage attendees.
Select the user, then tick the box next to their name.
On the top right click Choose outcome.
Canceled (for our example), not attending, attending, passed, failed, etc.
Add attendees to an event
To add attendees onto an event in the Events Editor please follow to steps below:
Login to your campus.
Click the Events widget.
Click the
Settings Cog to access the events editor.
Click the event you wish to manage the attendees for.
Click Add Attendees.
Enter the attendees name.
Click Confirm.
Manage an event that it has been created
To manage an event after it has been created follow to steps below:
Login to campus.
Click the Events widget.
Click the
Settings Cog to access the events editor.
Locate the Event you wish to manage.
Click the 3 dots next to the event you wish to manage.
You can then edit, add or remove attachments, manage the waiting list, or cancel the event.
Check employees who are booked for an event
To see how many employees are booked for an event follow the steps:
Login to campus.
Click the Events widget.
Click the
Settings Cog to access the events editor.
Click on the event that you need to see, here you can view all employees that booked for the event.
