Hierarchy Config

You can build and customise your hierarchy using specific rules.

Build an above-site hierarchy

To build an above-site hierarchy please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to the Admin Tool.

  2. Click Config, then click Hierarchy.

  3. Click New Top of Hierarchy.

  4. Search for Virtual Admin.

    • The top of the hierarchy is always the company virtual admin.

  5. Click Ok, then click Add Child.

  6. Search for and select the site, then click Ok.

  7. Click Save, then click Site Rebuild.

    • Leave one hour to update your above site configuration.


Build a below site hierarchy

To build a below site hierarchy please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to the Admin Tool.

  2. Click Config, then click Hierarchy.

  3. Click Site, then click Add Child.

  4. Select which user to sit below the site in the hierarchy config rules.

    • For example, General Manager.

  5. Click Add.

  6. Next to the rule you've added, click Add Child.

  7. Select which user to sit below them in the hierarchy config rules.

    • We recommend you select All Remaining Staff to sit beneath the manager.

  8. Click Ok, then click Save.

  9. Click Site Rebuild.

    • Leave one hour to update your below site configuration.


Make changes to the site hierarchy based on specific rules

To make changes to the site hierarchy based on specific site rules follow the steps:

  1. Log in to the Admin Tool.

  2. Click Config, then click Hierarchy.

  3. Click Site on the top page, then add the site to the search box.

    • After selecting the site it will bring up the page where you can set up that site's hierarchy specifically

  4. Click the the add child position icon.

    • For example, if the General Manager should oversee the Assistant Manager, and the Assistant Manager should oversee all other users, you can use the -1 rule.

    • The -1 rule helps gather users not covered by the configuration rules.

      a. Click Add child General Manager.

      b. Click Add child Assistant Manager.

      c. Click add child and select All Remaining Positions (-1).

  5. Click Save then click Site Rebuilt.

    • Leave one hour to update your site configuration.
