If you're trying to start a course but something is blocking you, you can't get it to open, or you're seeing a blank page, you'll need to disable pop-up blockers.
Before following the steps below, it helps to know which type of blocker you're dealing with:
Pop-up blockers: Your browser or device is preventing the course from opening.
Course locked or unavailable: The course is restricted by Tile Unlocking, a setting controlled by your administrator.
If your course shows as locked or unavailable, speak to your manager or administrator
Disable pop-up blockers
iOS
To disable pop-up blockers on an iOS device, follow the steps below.
Open the Settings app then tap Safari.
Under General, turn off the Block Pop-ups toggle.
Android
To disable pop-up blockers on an Android device folow the steps below:
Open the Google Chrome app then tap the three-dot menu.
Tap Settings then tap Site Settings.
Tap Pop-ups and redirects then turn on the Allow pop-ups toggle.
