Course not launching or blocked

Remove pop-up blockers to launch your courses.

If you're trying to start a course but something is blocking you, you can't get it to open, or you're seeing a blank page, you'll need to disable pop-up blockers.

Before following the steps below, it helps to know which type of blocker you're dealing with:

  • Pop-up blockers: Your browser or device is preventing the course from opening.

  • Course locked or unavailable: The course is restricted by Tile Unlocking, a setting controlled by your administrator.

    • If your course shows as locked or unavailable, speak to your manager or administrator

Disable pop-up blockers

iOS

To disable pop-up blockers on an iOS device, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Settings app then tap Safari.

  2. Under General, turn off the Block Pop-ups toggle.

Android

To disable pop-up blockers on an Android device folow the steps below:

  1. Open the Google Chrome app then tap the three-dot menu.

  2. Tap Settings then tap Site Settings.

  3. Tap Pop-ups and redirects then turn on the Allow pop-ups toggle.


Minimum technical requirements

For CPL Learning courses to run correctly, you need to ensure your device meets the minimum technical requirements.

You can also:

  • Try a different internet browser.

  • Try private or incognito mode in your browser.

  • Use a different device.

  • Ensure robust and stable internet connectivity.
