Course not launching

Nothing happens when I attempt to start a course.

If you've attempted to launch a course but you encounter a blank page, nothing happens, or the page becomes unresponsive, there are a few things you can try.

To resolve this, follow the steps in each of the sections below.

Disable pop-up blockers

iOS

To disable pop-up blockers on an iOS device, follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Settings app then tap Safari.

  2. Under General, turn off the Block Pop-ups toggle.

Android

  1. Open the Google Chrome app then tap the three-dot menu.

  2. Tap Settings then tap Site Settings.

  3. Tap Pop-ups and redirects then turn on the Allow pop-ups toggle.

Minimum technical requirements

For CPL Learning courses to run correctly, you need to ensure your device meets the minimum technical requirements.

You can also:

  • Try a different internet browser.

  • Try private or incognito mode in your browser.

  • Use a different device.
