β οΈ Important: If you're a manager, for optimal account management and security, you need to ensure each user at your site has a unique email address.
Using the same email for multiple users can cause issues with data sharing and password recovery.
Link email address to a second account
To link your email to a second account follow the steps below:
Log in to console.
Enter first-time username and password of your second account.
Click Get Started.
Enter your email address then, confirm your email.
A message appears, advising that your email is already associated with another CPL account
Click Yes, link accounts.
Data is not shared between organisations.
Click Continue then, enter your six-digit verification code.
Click Verify then, enter the account password, and click Confirm.
Click Sign in then, select the account you need to access.

Switch between accounts
To switch accounts from console follow the steps:
Log in to console.
Click the circle with your initials in the top right corner.
Click Switch Account.
Unable to merge accounts
If you receive this message Unfortunately, we are unable to merge the accounts due to an invalid username configuration here's some things you can try:
Use a different email address.
Try logging in through the private or incognito mode feature of the browser you're using.
Unlink accounts
To unlink accounts, follow the steps below:
Log in to console.
Click the circle with your initials in the top right corner.
Click Settings, then click Linked Accounts.
Select the account you wish to unlink, then confirm the password of the account.
Click Unlink.
