Access CPL Learning Evo Identity migration

Create your Evo CPL Learning account and link it with your existing learning account to complete your migration and continue accessing your learning platform.

As part of your move to CPL Learning Evo, you'll gain access to a modernised version of CPL Learning built on the Access Evo platform.

The new experience provides a faster, more secure way to access CPL Learning while maintaining the functionality you already know and rely on. With a single Access Evo account, you can securely sign in and access your learning platform through a consistent experience across Access hospitality solutions.

While the look and sign-in experience have been updated, your existing learning content, training records, and day-to-day workflows remain unchanged.

Moving to Access Evo also provides the foundation for future enhancements, including improved integration with other Access hospitality solutions, enterprise-grade security, and new platform capabilities.

Users with no existing Access login

Start by creating your Access Evo account, then follow the steps below to link it with your CPL Learning account:

  1. Go to CPL Learning, then click Sign in with Access.

  2. On the Access login page, click Create a new account.

  3. Enter your email address, then enter the verification code.

    • We'll send you an email containing a verification code.

  4. Click Verify my email address, then create a password for your account.

  5. Click Set my password.

    • Once completed, you'll be redirected back to the CPL Learning login page.

  6. Log in with your CPL Learning credentials, then click Start migration

  7. When redirected, click Iā€™ve previously signed into Access Evo.

8. Enter your Access login details, then click Sign in.

9. Click Confirm and sign into CPL Learning to link your accounts.

10. Once linked, click Go to CPL Learning, then click Sign in with Access.

  • Once signed in to your learning platform, the Access option is displayed in the top-left corner of your account.

Users with an existing Access login

To link your CPL Learning account to Access Evo, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to CPL Learning, then click Sign in with Access.

  2. Enter the credentials of your existing Access account, then click Sign in.

  3. You'll be redirected to the CPL Learning login page, then sign in with your usual CPL Learning credentials.

  4. Click Start migration, then click Iā€™ve previously signed into Access Evo.

  5. Enter your existing Access credentials, then click Sign in.

  6. Click Confirm and sign into CPL Learning to link accounts.

  7. Click Go to CPL Learning, then click Sign in with Access.
