What's new?

Creating an exceptional guest experience begins with providing all necessary information about the food and drinks available. These activities are designed to provide both front of house and back of house team members, as well as managers, with essential knowledge of their responsibilities regarding allergens, equipping teams with a comprehensive understanding of allergens and best practices to ensure the safety of guests.

The activities utilise video for key learning topics, guiding learners through understanding food allergies, the 14 allergens, hidden allergens and consequences of poor allergen management. In addition, they will learn how to respond to allergic reactions and recognise the importance of accurate allergen information. Learners will gain practical tips for effective allergen management and communicating with guests, to ensure they are prepared to handle food allergies safely and responsibly.
