Evo Analytics gives you a central place to view dashboards and reports relevant to the products your organisation uses. You can browse dashboards at a glance or go deeper into Insights to explore all the reporting available on your platform.
â ď¸Important: You need the administrator role enabled to access Analytics. If you don't have access, speak to your system administrator.
Access the Analytics feature
To access Analytics follow the steps below:
Click the Access logo in the top-left corner of the screen.
In the Products panel, click Analytics.
Analytics opens in the Dashboards view.
You'll see a selection of dashboards available to you, based on the products your organisation is using.
You can filter your dashboards to make it easy to navigate through your data.
In the left panel, expand Filter by Tag to see the available tags.
Select a tag to filter the dashboard list.
đ¤Tip: Tags correspond to the products in your organisation's plan, so you'll only see dashboards relevant to what you have access to.
View reports in Insights
You can stay in the Dashboards view or go straight to Insights, which shows all the reporting available on your platform.
Insights gives you access to all the individual reports available across your products. You can search and filter to find exactly what you need.
To access Insights, follow the steps below:
In the left navigation, click Insights.
Use the search bar at the top to search for a report by description.
Use the filters on the left to narrow down the report list:
Filter by Tag: Filter reports by product or category tag.
Filter by Creator: Filter by the person who created the report.
Filter by Type: Filter by the type of report.
Under the Type filter, use the available formats to narrow down the insights displayed.
Metric: Displays a single calculated value or key figure.
Chart: Displays data visually, making trends and comparisons easier to understand.
Table: Displays data in rows and columns for a more detailed view.
Map: Displays data geographically, helping you identify trends or patterns by location.
Filter by Dashboard: Filter your reports by the dashboard they belong to, making it easy to find all the reports associated with a specific dashboard.
