You can export a list of all employees from the Admin tool into an Excel spreadsheet. The export includes both active and deactivated employee accounts, along with details such as names, sites, positions, divisions, and other account information.
Download employee information
The employee export includes all users displayed in the Employees section, regardless of their account status.
To download employee information, follow the steps below:
⚠️ Important: Only managers, assistant managers, and administrators can access or request access to the Admin tool. If you don't have the relevant permission, reach out to your Head Office.
Log in to the Admin tool.
Click Employees from the left-hand menu.
Click the Download
icon next to the filter options.An Excel spreadsheet is generated automatically and downloaded to your device.
The spreadsheet includes employee information such as:
First name
Surname
Job position
Site
Division
Active or deactivated status
External reference
Access your downloaded employee information
Once the export has finished, you can open the downloaded Excel file from your browser or your computer's Downloads folder.
To locate your download, follow the steps below:

Click the three dots in the top-right corner of your browser.
Click Downloads from the menu.
Locate the exported Excel file.
