API keys are unique identifiers that grant access to an application programming interface (API). They serve as authentication credentials, allowing authorized users or applications to interact with the API and access its functionalities securely.
To generate API keys follow the steps:
Load the Admin tool.
Click API Keys, then click Create.
API keys can be generated by administrators who have API Credential Management permission.
Before you create the key you need to name it, then click Save.
Click Copy and save your key.
Save and store this key to a secure place, such as a password manager or a secret store. You won't be able to see it again.
