Access checklists and Sign-offs

You can access checklists and Sign-offs to review progress, complete assigned items, and approve team member checklist activities.

📌Note: If you're unable to access your checklist, it may be because it's not assigned to your account. You'll need to contact your manager.

Checklists and Sign-offs help you manage required tasks, track completion, and confirm that checklist items have been completed. This guide explains how to access checklists, set up final sign-offs, and approve team member checklist items.

Access checklist and Sign-offs

To access the checklists and sign-offs, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your console.

  2. Click the Checklist widget.

    • Alternatively, click the menu in the top right corner, then select Checklists or Sign Off's.

  3. On the left sidebar, select either My Auths or Staff Auths.


Set up the Sign-off for your checklist item

To setup the final sign off follow the steps:

  1. Log in to your console.

  2. Click the Checklist widget.

  3. Click Settings cog to go to the checklist editor, then select the required checklist item.

  4. Select the setting type Final Sign-off.

    • Item locked until other items from within the folder are completed.

    • This is useful when having an authorisation group report ,it will show as complete when all items

    • Within the checklist folder are signed off.

  5. Click Save.


Sign-off on a team members checklist item

To approve staff checklist items follow the steps:

  1. Log in to your console.

  2. Click the Checklist widget.

    • This may be named differently by your organisation.

  3. Click Staff checklists.

    • The left status is for the manager. If it says Up to date, no action is needed.

    • If it says Awaiting Team Member, the team member still needs to complete their checklist.

    • The right status is for the team member and shows their individual checklist progress.

  4. Click the user you want to approve.

  5. Click the checklist to approve.
