Complete a checklist item as a user

You can finalise a checklist item and ensure that you have acknowledged your company's policies or procedures.

To complete a checklist item follow the steps:

Note: There can be checklist items that can be signed off only by your manager such as fire drill participation.

  1. Login to console.

  2. Click the Checklist widget.

    • This may be named differently by your organisation.

  3. Click on the checklist folder that you need

    • Your checklist folder may have resources that you need to read such as induction policies

  4. Click Resources, ensure that you have acknowledged your company's policies or procedures

    • Linked resources need to be viewed prior to sign off.

  5. Click back and tick the Authorise box

    • You are now being marked as authorised/signed off.

    • If you ticked the authorise box and the status is Awaiting Manager, this means your manager needs to approve it so that you can be signed off.
