Remove a role from an account

Administrators can remove a role from a user account.

Note: A role status only appears on the reports if the start date is before the current date. Once the end date is in the past, the status no longer appears on the report.

If you're an administrator, you can remove roles set to a user account by following the steps below:

  1. Log in to the console.

  2. Click Stats, then click Descendant Stats.

  3. Search for the required learner, then click their name.

  4. Click Role on the top right.

  5. If it's empty, enter the end date.

  6. Clear the box by the role to cease, then click Done.

Note: It can take four to six hours for this to update on the reports.
