If you've completed courses in CPL Learning, however, there are no certificates showing on your account, there are various reasons for this.
Certificates are generated automatically once you have fully completed a course according to the platform’s requirements. If you can't find a certificate, there may be additional steps required to fully complete the course, or system delays affecting the availability of the certificate.
Additionally, ensure that your account is correctly associated with the course or company. If your profile is linked to the wrong company, the certificate may not be accessible.
The course is incomplete. Certificates are only generated if all assessments within the course are fully submitted. Ensure that every question is answered, and the course status is clearly marked as "Complete."
The order has expired. If your license or subscription has ended, renewal might be needed to access certificates.
You completed the course with a previous employer. In this instance, you can request a course transfer.
You manually marked the course as complete. Unless all required assessments are finalized and submitted, the system will not automatically issue a certificate. Open the course again to check and complete any pending items.
System delays or syncing issues. Completion data, including certificates, may take time to sync in the system. Allow some time and revisit later to check certificate availability.
Your account is not associated with the correct company. Verify that your profile is linked to the appropriate organization to access the certificate.
For the personal licence certificate, completing the e-learning and mock exam does not automatically generate an official certificate. To receive the official certificate:
Schedule and complete the proctored Zoom exam.
Pass the Zoom exam.
The certificate will then be issued and sent as a physical document.
