To set up dependencies against a course allocation, follow the steps below.
Log into the Admin tool then click Config.
Click Allocation then click the Products tab.
Click Courses then select the relevant course.
Click Add then select the relevant user group.
Click Next then click Add dependency.
Enter the following details:
Employment duration days: How many days after employment start date to allocate the course.
Complete based on the completion of another product: Appraisal, custom course, survey.
Based on the start date of the employee: Allocates the course according to the employee's start date.
You can use this to assign courses only to employees who start on or after a specific date, making it ideal for new starter training or when introducing a new version of an induction course.
Days since logged in.
Employment duration in days at the current position.
Prior to start date.
Click Save.
