Admin Tool assign multiple items to a user group

You can assign multiple items to a user group such as checklist items, library items, surveys, or custom courses.

Note: If you don't have the relevant permission, reach out to your Head Office to request manage user group permission.

To assign multiple items to user groups follow the steps below:

  1. Login to the Admin Tool.

  2. Click Config, then click Allocation.

  3. Click Groups then select the required user group.

    • You can see the list of products to choose to assign: authorisations, courses, custom courses.

  4. Click Courses, then click Add.

  5. Select from the list of courses to allocate to your user group.
