Access training record report
Note: If you can't view the training records report this means that you don't have permission to access the report and need to address this to your Head Office.
To access your training record report follow the steps below:
Log in to Insights or click Reports on your console.
From the dashboard select your company training records report.
It is important to have training record descriptions as when you build the reporting, it will report on the base and the text.
Create a training record report column
To create a training record report column follow the steps:
Log in to the Admin Tool.
Click Config, then click Reporting Columns.
Click Create and name the column, then click Save.
In the include area, click the plus + icon.
Select Training records to point at and click Add.
Select the training record description
In the user groups area, click the plus + icon and select your user group.
This is who you wish to report on. This needs to be the same user group as what's in your report.
Click Save.
You can use this new reporting column and add it into an existing report or in a new report.
