Create a survey report column

You can create a survey report column using the Admin tool.

Access survey report

Note: If you canโ€™t access the survey dashboard, it means you donโ€™t have the required permissions. Please contact your admin user to request access.

To access your survey company report follow the steps:

  1. Login to Insights or click Reports widget on your console.

  2. From the dashboard select your company survey analysis report.


Create a survey reporting column

To create a survey report column follow the steps:

  1. Log in to the Admin Tool.

  2. Click Config, then click Reporting Columns.

  3. Click Create and name the column, then click Save.

  4. In the include area, click the plus + icon.

  5. Select the survey item for your column to point at and click Add.

  6. Select the survey that you need.

  7. In the user groups area, click the plus + icon and select your user group.

    • This is who you wish to report on. This needs to be the same user group as what's in your report.

  8. Select result type

  9. Click Save.

Note: You can use this new reporting column and add it to an existing report or to a new report.
