The import pathway functionality allows you to seamlessly migrate your existing learning pathways into the learning journeys module. This process ensures that your previously created pathways are easily transferred to the enhanced learning journeys platform, providing an upgraded experience for your learners.
⚠️ Important: If you don't have the relevant permission configured address this to your Head Office and request learning journey management permission.
To import your learning pathway follow the steps below:
Login to console, then click your initials.
Click Manage Platform, then select Build Learning Journeys.
Click Import Pathway on the top right side.
Pathway Migration: Before you proceed, please note that while we strive for a smooth migration process, your new learning journey may not look the same as your original pathway due to layout and feature differences.
Click Agree and Continue to acknowledge.
Select a pathway you want to migrate, then click Next step.
Click the toggle on the right side to switch to the learning journey layout.
Groups become journeys: Expect a linear and progressive learning experience.
Folders become sections: The structure is similar, but the display is updated for clarity.
Items remain, but look different: All learning materials stay, but custom images change to platform defaults.
Click Start migration.
Migration In Progress: You'll be notified in the Activity Centre once the migration is complete. After the migration is done, you'll be able to review your new Learning Journey and see how all your folders and resources have been transferred.
Click Done.
