Food safety awareness
As in any industry, rules and regulations underpin what we do. Food safety ensures not only an enjoyable dining experience but is also a commitment to the wellbeing and trust of guests.
Anyone that either works with, or in the vicinity of food, must have a good knowledge of food hygiene and food safety standards.
These courses offer role-specific knowledge tailored for front-of-house or back-of-house team members, managers, and a general course for all teams, helping you learn about food hygiene and safety risks.
They offer a comprehensive overview of food safety procedures, covering everything you need to know including HACCP, food hazards and contamination, food poisoning, control measures to keep food safe, personal hygiene, food pests, and basic cleaning procedures.
These courses allow learners to work towards a Level 2, but it is not a Level 2 qualification.
