The messaging tool operates based on the organisational hierarchy, allowing you to send messages only to individuals who report to you, your descendants, within that hierarchy.
To send a message, follow the steps below:
Log in to the console.
Click the Inbox Messages widget, then click Create New.
Click To, then select the recipients.
You can select recipients based on their position, site, or roles.
To select one or choice users, click the Users tab then select the users.
Enter a subject and message.
To add a file from your PC, click the attachment icon.
Click Send.
