Admin tool send notifications to users

You can send notifications to individuals or user groups within the Admin tool.

To send notifications through the Admin Tool follow the steps:

Note: If you don't have the relevant permission configured address this to your Head Office

  1. Log in to the Admin Tool.

  2. Click Notifications, then click Send a notification.

  3. Click Send new, then select the individual or user group you need.

  4. Click Next Step

    • Add title and write your message.

  5. Click Next step to proceed.

    • The notification will appear in the activity centre when your team next login.

    • If users have the CPL Learning mobile app and have enabled push notifications they'll get a push notification when you click Send.

  6. Click Send, then click OK to confirm.
