To send notifications through the Admin Tool follow the steps:
Note: If you don't have the relevant permission configured address this to your Head Office
Log in to the Admin Tool.
Click Notifications, then click Send a notification.
Click Send new, then select the individual or user group you need.
Click Next Step
Add title and write your message.
Click Next step to proceed.
The notification will appear in the activity centre when your team next login.
If users have the CPL Learning mobile app and have enabled push notifications they'll get a push notification when you click Send.
Click Send, then click OK to confirm.
