Why who sees what is important?

Ensuring your reporting visibility is vital so that the correct stakeholders in the business have the right level of access. Certain visibility permissions may grant access to certain privileged data, for example Survey and Appraisal answers. In addition, utilising categories allows you to organise your Insights reports into an intuitive and user-friendly structure. This allows your reports to be pulled as quickly as possible.

What can you do to ensure ‘Who sees what’?

  • Group Insights categories to bundle certain dashboards together, placing compliance reports together and keeping privileged reports separate to improve visibility

  • Define dashboard visibility permission by job titles to ensure that only authorised team members have access to sensitive information or irrelevant data.

  • Define dashboard visibility permission by sites to ensure that each location or facility accesses data relevant to its operations.

  • Define dashboard visibility permission by division to ensure that each division accesses tailored, relevant data, enhancing decision-making, security, and operational efficiency.

  • Define dashboard visibility permission by the individual allows for personalised data access, ensuring that each user only sees the information most relevant to their specific role and responsibilities, enhancing focus and security.
